People Insights will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic HR decision-making. A day in the life of People Analytics Specialist Provide strategic decision support by translating data insights into actionable recommendations, using specific HR technology platforms and tools. Effectively communicate data insights through visualizations and storytelling, driving continuous improvement and innovation in HR data analytics practices. Manage data analysis and reporting, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity and compliance. Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights for talent management & organizational effectiveness. Create reports/dashboards to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Work with HR, IT, Finance, and global analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and strategic alignment. Maintain and automate HR reporting, track KPIs, and ensure data integrity.
