Social Media Manager ¦ Fidenza Village ¦ Permanent Full Time Contract Something Extraordinary Every Day As our Social Media Manager, you will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and be responsible for managing and implementing the social media strategy. Your goal will be to develop the social media platforms, create engaging content, foster social media communities, and establish social media as a key part of the marketing engine. You will ensure consistency of our brand tone, reputational health, and social media experience across all channels. Additionally, you will support the amplification of marketing campaigns and work cross-functionally to promote social media best practices across the business. Integrating the social strategy within the wider media context is critical to drive awareness, locally and globally, and position the village as a primary shopping destination. The role is hybrid, full-time, and offered on a permanent basis. This offer is available for candidates belonging to protected categories in line with law 68/99, article 18. What you will be doing The key responsibilities of this role will include: Develop, execute, and manage the local social media strategy for Fidenza Village, focusing on content creation, independently and via external suppliers, community, and creators. Manage the full suite of Fidenza Village social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube: planning, content creation, execution, and reporting. Manage the Fidenza Village social media calendar, ensuring it is kept up to date with relevant content, trends, commercial needs, and brand campaigns for all key moments. Concept, brief, and oversee the production of social media content via our third-party suppliers and create content firsthand according to the latest social media platform updates, news, and trends with extensive knowledge of in-platform and external editing software. Create live content, manage real-time engagement, and collaborate with PR and global teams to drive business growth through strategic influencer marketing, content creation, and distribution. What makes you special To be successful with us, you’ll have: A strong understanding of existing and emerging platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Proven experience transforming a brand's social media presence with clear demonstrable results at dynamic brands or agencies in the fashion, luxury, entertainment, or hospitality industry. A track record of managing multiple projects (including content productions), briefs, and stakeholders including social media agencies, influencers, and content creators. Professional firsthand content creation and editing experience specifically in video-first content for social media channels. Knowledge of social media tools for scheduling, posting, reporting, and analysis, like Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, or similar. Understanding of the mix of paid, earned, and owned media and when and where to promote content through which channel.
