Job Description
We're seeking a Jr. Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients, building relationships with existing ones, and selling our solutions to drive results.
You should have a passion for technology, AI, and startups, along with strong analytical skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
This role involves frequent travel to key business hubs in Europe and the US, where you will engage with clients and present at events, fairs, and conferences.
Responsibilities
* Identify and Prospect: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, generating leads, cold calls, and initiating contact with decision-makers.
* Engage: Understand the challenges and strategic objectives of potential clients, providing insights on how Covision Media's technologies can address these and drive results.
* Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor through deep industry knowledge and understanding of AI technologies.
* Sell the Solution: Work closely with the engineering and product teams to gather customer feedback and align offerings with client needs.
* Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare business proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms with customers alongside our CEO.
* Post-Sales Support: Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our 3D scanning technology, acting as a liaison between clients and technical teams for any issues or feedback.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, project management, consulting, or engineering.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate the value of Covision Media's solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
