The role involves:Defining application architecture aligned with IT strategies, adhering to established standards and guidelines.Developing and obtaining approval for the preliminary Reference Architecture from the Design Authority Board.Ensuring solution alignment with the Reference Architecture, analyzing rationales for any deviations.Providing architectural feedback and guidelines when specific references are unavailable or deviations are necessary.Receiving documentation from Design Assembly and Change Management processes related to projects and RFCs during detailed design and analysis phases.Ensuring compliance with standards through project initiative controls.Managing software security aspects.Guaranteeing the proper functioning of the application architecture in line with business needs and technological trends.Managing the software development team, including task prioritization and time control.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in STEM disciplines.Senior level experience (5-10 years).Technical skills including architecture of hardware and software systems, ICT system architectures, SQL and noSQL databases, hardware/software components, system design and implementation, networking, requirements analysis, transmission systems, ICT technologies, cybersecurity, ICT market strategies, organizational strategies related to ICT, software development processes, Agile or DevSecOps methodologies, and modeling with Mathworks SIMULINK.Behavioral skills such as proactivity, problem solving, communication, active listening, time management, flexibility, teamwork, and team leadership.English proficiency at B2 level.Additional Details:Location: Rome (Via Laurentina), with additional locations in Chieti Scalo and Genoa - Fiumara.Contract: Permanent, with hybrid working arrangements.
