What will you do?
La risorsa si occuperà dello sviluppo operativo di progetti relativi a tematiche di sicurezza e salute nei luoghi di lavoro in particolare dovrà:
1. Contribuire al monitoraggio delle segnalazioni, near miss e opportunità di miglioramento in ambito sicurezza e alla definizione e applicazione delle azioni di contenimento o correttive;
2. Collaborare con i servizi interni o consulenti esterni al fine di individuare ed applicare soluzioni tecniche atte al miglioramento della sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro;
3. Progettare, implementare e migliorare i programmi, le attività e le iniziative aziendali finalizzate alla prevenzione degli Infortuni, al rispetto delle normative applicabili e degli standard di Gruppo;
4. Contribuire al miglioramento continuo degli aspetti di sicurezza all'interno del processo produttivo;
5. Collaborare attivamente al conseguimento di progetti innovativi che promuovono l'efficienza energetica e la tutela dell'ambiente;
6. Contribuire al mantenimento delle Certificazioni di Sistema ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 140001;
7. Effettuare valutazione dei rischi, identificazione dei dispositivi di protezione individuali e collettivi e la loro corretta applicazione;
8. Redigere istruzioni di lavoro.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Il candidato ideale dovrà possedere le seguenti caratteristiche:
1. Laurea magistrale in materie tecniche o scientifiche o in tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro;
2. Conoscenza delle tematiche riferite al Testo unico per la Gestione della salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro D.Lgs.81/08;
3. Conoscenza dei principali processi di lavorazione meccanica di saldatura, assemblaggio elettrico e dei montaggi in generale;
4. Interesse per la continua crescita tecnologica ed attitudine a proporre idee innovative;
5. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e conoscenze informatiche di base;
6. Ottime capacità di relazione e comunicazione;
7. Predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo e alla leadership.
