We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP to play a critical role as AMS Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, including incident resolution, problem analysis, and root cause identification, optimizing production planning, execution processes, and providing timely and effective support.
Main Responsibilities:
SAP Production Planning (PP) & Execution Skills:
- SAP PP module expertise: In-depth knowledge of Production Planning (including demand management, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers)
- Production execution process: Understanding of shop floor operations, integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and order confirmations
- Capacity planning and scheduling: Familiarity with finite and infinite capacity planning, resource optimization, and scheduling processes
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Experience in configuring and optimizing MRP runs, understanding of stock requirements, and material planning processes
- Integration knowledge: Strong experience in integrating SAP PP with other SAP modules (SD, MM, QM, and FI/CO)
- S/4HANA experience: Experience in working with the newer SAP S/4HANA PP module, as companies are migrating to this platform

- Experienced SAP PP module and Material master data configuration skills
- Experienced SAP ABAP language programming and FIORI Apps
- Experienced in debugging ABAP and FIORI Apps skills
- Incident management and troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex production planning tickets in an AMS environment.
- User training and support: Experience in training end users, creating user documentation, and providing day-to-day operational support.
- Process optimization: Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements in production planning and document management.
- Experience in managed services: Should have experience in handling tickets, following SLAs, and working in a managed services environment.
