About the Role - Alpinestars is looking for a Warehouse Project Manager join the IT Department at our HQ.
If you are highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects as Project Manager, we are looking for someone like you.
Main responsibilities:
* Lead and manage IT projects related to supply chain and warehouse management systems (WMS,, ERP integrations, etc.) from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery;
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, risk management strategies, and communication plans;
* Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to supply chain and warehouse operations (e.g., order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, on-time delivery), and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the context of supply chain and warehouse operations;
* Leverage knowledge of supply chain and warehouse processes to understand user needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Required Skills
* Previous experience as Business Analyst (WHM and Sypply Chain Area)
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar role;
* Project Management Method (Agile, Kanban);
* Warehouse Management (WMS) processes (e.g., receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control);
* Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and integrations;
* Stakeholder Management;
* Good level of English (B2);
* Problem-solving.
