Scope
You will work alongside a team of international experts based across Europe, you'll learn the intricacies of managing listings, optimizing pricing, and improving SEO and content, ensuring our consumer brands' Amazon listings stand out.
This position offers you the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of Amazon and eCommerce, gaining hands-on experience with a platform that drives a significant portion of digital business and D2C sales.
Main tasks
Follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform tasks to meet required level of accuracy and productivity.
Troubleshoot together with the Amazon support issues concerning the catalog.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to work independently while using guidelines and SOPs.
Ability to make logical decisions while auditing tasks and dealing with ambiguity.
Thoroughly check product details to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data and information in the product detail pages.
Analyze data and identify new trends/patterns to drive business results.
Provide feedback to streamline existing processes to help the team achieve more consistent results with high quality.
Review authoritative sources to validate catalog data when needed.
Identify patterns in browse and audit to be translated into guidelines and SOPs to improve overall audit outcome
Must be flexible to meet business requirements.
What we are looking for
Academical background in marketing or digital business or a numerical-based degree
Proven analytical and numerical skills
Mothertongue Italian is mandatory
English is mandatory
Sincere interest in online businesses and Amazon environment (existing experience in the field will be considered as a plus)
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work to short deadlines
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft tools
