Job Title: Deputy Store Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at the luxury boutique in Malpensa.
About the Role:
* As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will assist the Boutique Manager in developing and optimizing boutique performance and profitability.
* You will be responsible for managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management and Boutique Performance Management
* Design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles, and ensure proactive talent pipeline in the boutique.
* Drive performance and compensation management, ensure people development, motivate, and reinforce engagement.
* Ensure day-to-day management, training, coaching, and motivation of the boutique team.
* Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, merchandising, and convey necessary information.
* Facilitate communication between management and associates.
* Assist in making diagnoses and defining action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets.
* Implement and monitor action plans.
* Assign and monitor sales goals of Sales Associates.
* Participate in preparing merchandise displays and presentations.
Clients Service and Management
* Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales, trunk shows, contests.
* Implement and monitor CRM programs and actions.
* Act as an Ambassador of the Maison and build direct contact with VIPs.
Boutique Operations & Administration
* Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Responsible for back office and administration of the boutique.
* Oversee compliance of associates with established Company policies and standards.
* Secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.
* Oversee boutique expenses.
* Solve problems affecting department's service, efficiency, and productivity.
* Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
* Participate in department inventories.
* Monitor proper pricing of merchandise.
* Minimize stock losses.
