The EHS Manager will be responsible for the Pianoro Plant (Wood coatings production) with the following main duties: Lead the EHS function on the Plant, Process hazard review participation, Maintenance of process safety information, Ensuring management of change process is followed. Qualifications: RSPP Certification, People management experience, Engineer with a chemical background or experience, Knowledge of laws and international norms related to Safety, Health, Environment, Security, Quality Assurance, English/Italian proficiency. Responsibilities: Guarantee site conformity to laws regarding Safety and Security, industrial hygiene, Health, Environmental protection, Fire Prevention, Emissions, Water exhaust, and Waste management. Ensure the completion of legally required reports and related analyses. Support management in disseminating laws and corporate rules related to health, safety, and environmental protection. Evaluate risks in the workplace for different jobs (Chemical risk, Manual Handling, Ergonomics, Noise, Display screen terminals, etc.) and propose appropriate protection devices. Identify and suggest solutions to improve safety systems and incident prevention to minimize the risk of injury and incidents. Plan and support the organization of training activities for legal and corporate compliance related to EHS items. Inform/train employees about present risks in the plants. Support the Responsible for the transport of dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG Code, IATA). Maintain relations with external bodies responsible for monitoring the site's activities on health and safety at work and environmental protection (Fire brigade, Province, Town Council, ASL, Company Doctor). Implement SW standards and programs, e.g., Ergonomics, SW Management systems. Support audit activities (Law, Corporate, Insurance). J-18808-Ljbffr
