RINA is currently recruiting for a Marine Surveyor - Genoa to join its office in Genoa within the Mediterranean and Africa Marine Division.MissionA surveyor in a classification society plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and quality of ships and marine assets. The main responsibilities are aimed at verifying that vessels meet international and classification society standards.Key AccountabilitiesRegulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to classification society rules, international regulations, and statutory requirements during surveys and inspections. Stay updated on new regulations to maintain compliance.Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical advice on classification, design, construction, and maintenance to clients.
