The Position:
The project manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the Cross Functional Project Team involving Corporate functions, Site Functions, R&D, and customers or third parties where applicable (Contractors and subcontractors). He/She is responsible for defining and updating project plans (timeline, costs, risk and communication) for internal use and for customers, relating to transfer projects, new lunches, R&D projects (involving sites) or material source change. The Project manager is responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, that is, idea evaluation for feasibility, business case definition, project execution and closing.
The Project Manager has the responsibility of the following activities:
* He/She carries out feasibility assessments and business case development, including financial assessments in terms of investments, costs and any benefits of the project in collaboration with the functions involved in the project.
* At the start of the project, he/she defines the project plans, monitors their execution and updates them promptly.
* He/She interfaces with suppliers and purchasing office and supply chain to verify lead times and production slots for technical batches or validation batches and finalize purchase requests relating to services and materials for carrying out One Time project activities.
* He/She interfaces with customers / internal stakeholders for technical/planning discussions relating to the project.
* He/she draws up minutes relating to meetings.
* He/She interfaces with the functions involved in the project to manage project issues and align on technical-commercial assumptions.
* He/She draws up periodic reporting to management or to customers on project progress.
* He/She updates the Company Project /Portfolio Informatic Management System with all relevant project plant data (costs, timeline, saving, risks).

* Degree in Chemical or Management Engineering, CTF or equivalent.
* Previous experience in structured business contexts, experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Experience in technology transfer projects, source changes, CMO projects.
* English language Advanced level is a must.
