Sidel is looking for a Mechanical Engineer. He/she will be part of the mechanical engineering team in charge of the development and maintenance of mechanical modules. Your Mission Responsible for the study phase of parts, sub-assembly, or even full modules. Accountable for design accordance to specifications. Accountable for design according to technical feasibility, assembly, and maintenance of the components. Autonomous in the management of the detailed tasks, securing the respect of the planning and time schedule. Manage technical problem-solving, participating or organizing design reviews, qualification reviews, functional analysis, FMEA analysis, based on Six Sigma approach. Secure quality of assembly drawings, design models, calculation notes, and functional analysis. Manage non-conformity by RCA approach, defining properly preventive and corrective actions to implement quality continuous improvements. Support supply chain by providing proper information about modules/LOB industrialization (i.e. derogation, resourcing, etc.) according to the functional matrix skills. Accountable to strictly respect compliance with Sidel design specifications, Sidel design processes, and product evolution. Respect processes for architecture governance (platform architecture, standardization principles, granularity rules, interfaces standardization level, modular CAD approach).
