What you will do
The Key Account Representative Pharma is responsible for achieving growth and hitting financial and commercial targets by successfully managing customers. This includes designing and implementing a commercial plan that ensures channel profitability, market share gain, and consumer choice.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the assigned subchannel/customers panel (focus on retail chains & Para pharmacies), including P&L and commercial management under NAM supervision.
* Coordinates and monitors all relevant end-to-end KPIs, from forecast to activities deployment to financials.
* Contributes to Modern Trade strategy definition and implementation, with proactive alignment with commercial leadership team and HQ departments; ensures that annual/quarter/month operating plan and objectives are achieved.
* Delivers execution excellence in key customers/chains in adherence with marketing and trade priorities, including commercial investments.
* Ensures constant partnership with customers and Joint Business Planning attitude, including presence in the field.
* Seeks market trends and customer needs; assesses market data, determines, and prioritizes potential growth opportunities and best practices.
* Builds and maintains relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
* Operates in a legal and ethical manner ensuring that products and services are marketed in accordance with compliance requirements.
* Adheres to compliance standards, environmental policy, procedures, and supports sustainability objectives.
What we are looking for
Qualifications
* 5-6 years of relevant experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of success.
* University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
* Knowledge of Pharma channel environment and competition.
* Driven, with the ability to handle multiple projects and strong analytical and communication skills.
* Able to work in a multi-department and dynamic environment.
* Team player that strives to maintain excellent working relationships while demonstrating strong leadership qualities, driven by a passion to grow in a customer-centric & innovative organization.
* Proficiency in Italian language; Fluent in English.
