People Organization Administration Specialist (M/F/D) - Fixed Term

We are currently looking for a People Organization Administration Specialist to join our People Organization Department for a fixed term position. She/he will be dedicated to developing and maintaining high-quality administration processes, ensuring compliance with legal aspects, contributing to making Kia the best employer of choice both for its employees and for external talents.
Your Mission:
1. People Administration Payroll: s/he will be in charge of assuring that payroll is administered in accordance with company processes and controls, and in compliance with current legislation, regulations, and other requirements. S/he will also provide consistent advice on a wide range of PO Administration and Payroll topics. S/he will partner with the external payroll provider and labor consultant to ensure monthly payroll elaboration and managing administrative requirements.
2. Compensation Benefits: s/he will support the PO Director in making our employees become aware of and confident about our Kia Italia compensation and benefits policy. S/he will be involved in the annual merit cycle advising on administrative and payroll issues and will be in charge of processing the approved salary changes and promotions, variable and bonus payments on Payroll and SAP systems. S/he will administer and support employees with the Welfare program and platform. S/he will be involved in the review and development of the payroll and benefits processes to ensure it continues to meet business needs.
3. Budget Labor cost: as part of the team, s/he will contribute to the management of the PO Budget, monitoring expenses, and performing regular detailed checks, to identify and manage any variances against the plan. S/he initiates the approval process in the system, processes, and monitors payments. Liaises on a regular basis with Finance Department. S/he contributes to the annual Workforce planning and Business plan drafting. S/he will monitor the labor cost and the discrepancies.
4. HRIS management: S/he will oversee creating, maintaining and deleting employee data and of supporting employees in the daily use of HRIS.
5. Reporting: s/he will elaborate regular PO reporting with the support of specific tools (i.e. labor costs, turnover, overtime, absenteeism, payroll forecast and actual, ISTAT declarations, disabled employment, equal opportunities report, HS related reports, vacation planning and other reports as required by the corporation and by local management and authorities).
6. Expats management: S/he will be involved in supporting expatriates during their assignment period in Italy, from the onboarding until the end of the assignment. A core process s/he has to manage is the application for work and residence permits with the support of the external expatriates’ consultant.
Your Talents:
1. Degree in Human sciences with a focus on payroll management, Economics or Law (focus on Labor law)
2. At least 3 years in a similar role
3. Italian and English fluent
4. Knowledge of MS Office
5. Familiar with main HRIS
6. Customer oriented approach
7. Precision punctuality
8. Result oriented
9. Familiar with data analysis and processing
