Your Mission
Reporting to the Vice President of Business Planning & Operations, this role is part of a collegial team dedicated to supporting Mobilisights commercial sales teams and global business operations in EMEA and other regions. We are seeking an experienced transactional lawyer with knowledge of regulatory laws and solid experience in drafting and negotiating agreements.In-house experience at a high-tech or software company is a plus. We work together collaboratively and with our business partners to drive innovative and agile solutions for our evolving company. This key role will support our sales, corporate strategy business planning and operations organization, with a focus on complex outbound data, software and content licensing transactions, and cloud services within heavily regulated automotive and IoT industries. This role will also interface and collaborate as part of the broader Stellantis Legal team on a global basis.

Our lawyers are key collaborators within the business, and are expected to give clear guidance, legal support, offer pragmatic solutions, and practical legal advice to their internal clients and are considered part of the business teams they support.
Main Responsibilities
* Draft, review and negotiate with opposing counsel on various types of inbound/outbound commercial technology transactional matters (including data, data services, software, content, cloud services and platform agreements, vendor agreements, master services agreements, data acquisition agreements).
* Independently manage end-to-end negotiations and execution of complex commercial contracts, IP-related matters, and licensing transactions in a fast-paced environment.Serve as point of contact and key work partner with business stakeholders in the business planning, product, technology, and sales organizations/team.
* Ability to clearly communicate legal advice, risk assessment and counsel to internal business stakeholders. Developing, revising, and managing all Mobilisights contractual templates (e.G., NDAs, Proof Of Concept, Commercial Sales Licensing/Service Agreements, Partnerships, Procurement), playbooks, trainings and internal policies in cooperation with Mobilisights Business Planning & Operations, PM and Finance, as well as Stellantis Corporate legal team.Enabling the business to establish good overall contract and risk governance.
* Supporting design processes and ensuring complete adherence of all necessary business workflows and company policies, such as those for required for contract signature approval.
* Representing the ‘corporate counsel voice’ in all Mobilisights and Stellantis Tech legal staff meetings
* Leading periodic reviews and collaboration with Stellantis Legal and Privacy Management, including providing advice and guidance for complex situations, including the following:
* When there is a material deviation requested by MOBILISIGHTS or a third party from Stellantis policies and procedures
* When the business request to assume unusually high commercial risks outside of the Stellantis norm or Stellantis customary business practice
* When the matter involves another Stellantis legal entity
Skills
* Top performers will minimally be able to demonstrate the following:
* 7+ years of overall commercial transaction experience, including prior experience working at a reputable international firm and as in-house counsel within a technology-oriented global company.
* Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and management skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous contract negotiations in a fast-paced environment.
* Broad legal bandwidth to cover both sales transactions and regulatory work (e.G., experience in IP/IT-laws, as well as background in corporate/regulatory and compliance, with a focus on GDPR).
* Experience, knowledge, skill and competency to advise and support the business.
* Technology industry focus, preferably within high-paced SaaS/DaaS businesses.
* A bias for action and willingness to work through a fair amount of ambiguity and rapidly evolving business internal and external business dynamics.
* Preference and experience in early stage, start-up environments is highly desirable.
* Strong team player and ability to work well independently.
* Knowledge of both Italian and pan-European legal landscape.
Additional Requirements of the Role
* BS/BA or equivalent degree.
* JD or equivalent degree
* Must be fluent and able to conduct business in English. Business proficiency in other languages is highly desirable, including French and German.
