Overview
Reporting to the Accounts Receivables Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the AR department.
You will also collaborate with some internal departments and with external customers.
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract based in Milan.
Your Mission
* Generation and posting customer invoices.
* Monitor weekly/fortnightly customer collections runs, allocate /post receipts.
* Monitor un-posted items from the cashbook.
* Review monthly the VAT books to check and confirm the VAT code.
* Perform reconciliation process between aging customers with the general ledger.
* Manage monthly intercompany collections runs and RIBA process as back-up.
* Establish collaborative relationship with all other business department.
* Support the continuous set-up of the new finance system (SAP & Stealth).
* Support the set-up of AR process.
* Collaborate in process improvement initiatives to streamline the AR functions.
* Collaborate to improve working capital by reducing days receivables (DSO).
* Generate and post manual intercompany invoices.
* Supporting the review of aged creditors listings.
* Manage filing and other ad hoc duties on request.

Systems and Essentials
· Graduate in Business Administration.
· Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel.
