We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Social Media Specialist. THE IMPACT: S/He is responsible for developing and executing a content and community growth strategy that strengthens Elica’s brand positioning, increases audience engagement, and fosters a loyal digital community. He/she collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage content calendars, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance across social platforms. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy to grow Elica’s brand presence and community engagement. Align content strategy with business goals, seasonal campaigns, and key brand initiatives. Identify and activate new social platforms or trends to drive innovation in our digital presence. Define content pillars and oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content (visual, video, copy) tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.). Work closely with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce high-quality assets. Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns. Build and nurture Elica’s online community through active engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and discussions. Leveraging on CRM tools to campaign and empower brand reputation. Develop ambassador and influencer collaborations to amplify reach and credibility. Foster UGC (User-Generated Content) and brand advocacy among followers. Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
