Ensure CP is perceived as the undisputable Oral Care leader that knows shopper's, customer's and category dynamic and develops strategies and plans to deliver Category value to our customers

Make CP to perceived as the most trusted and objective category advisor, by providing insight:driven category solutions to our customers omni:channel

Drive and orchestrate the development and the delivery of the Retail Category Development services (one and two ways) to our key customers

Disseminate the category knowledge (OC in priority) and driveRetail Category Developmentfocus within the commercial organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

GETTING READY

Coordinate cross functional team (CDMs, BDMs and Shoppers) to develop local category stories by consolidating available Customer : Shopper knowledge and retail trends into a "ready to use" category story to be delivered to key customers (1 or 2 ways)

Develop roadmap forRetail Category Developmentservices delivery and identify w/CD team the list of customers to work 1 or 2 ways

Enhancing the quality and speed of insight generation supporting eComm team on developing Category/eRCD guidelines on Digital shelf

Main CP interface with Nielsen (for fee negotiation, Periodic delivery, ad hoc request)
