Your mission
We are seeking a dedicated B2B Partnerships Manager professional with experience in selling digital and growth-enabling services for B2B, ideally within the property management or rental sector, and a passion for scaling innovative companies.
In this role, you will play an instrumental role in leading institutional sales efforts, forging partnerships with large corporates, financial institutions, associations, and networks to distribute our turnkey solution that simplifies property rentals for landlords.
Our solution enables property managers to adopt an advanced platform that connects them with landlords and automates 90% of their operations through our PMS and FreedHomePay systems.
You will report to the CEO but will also have a high degree of independence.
Responsibilities of the role
Get out there and establish partnerships with corporates, financial institutions, associations, real estate networks to have them distributing our services to both B2C (Landlords) and B2B
Attract Property Managers prospects to sign up to our franchise and use FreedHome to automate and boost their business.
Upselling of our Products (Client Matching, PMS, Revenue Management, FreedhomePay) to existing affiliates
Lead Generation & Growth Hacking : Responsible for creating additional lead generation funnels and strategically investing company budget to boost lead production through growth hacking, business development strategies, and organic marketing initiatives.
You will work with monthly targets and KPIs to easier achieve increase your RAL
You will work closely with other departments, like Marketing and Account Manager, to maximize results.
Requirements & Qualifications
B2B Partnerships Development Expert : Proven experience in B2B digital sales, preferably sales of Property Management or vacation rental software
Scaleup/Startup Experience : Proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Effective Communicator : Able to explain technical issues clearly and concisely.
People-Oriented : You are extroverted with strong communication skills and feel comfortable engaging with people via email, phone, and in person. You enjoy proactively reaching out and speaking with potential clients.
Customer-Focused Mindset : Skilled in managing accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Results-Oriented & Proactive : Strong focus on execution, goal achievement, and taking initiative to drive progress.
Business-Minded with a Sense of Ownership : Understands business objectives, takes responsibility for results, and aligns efforts to create impact.
Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner : Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Italian and English : Both spoken and written; additional language skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.
