These are the qualifications and skillset we are looking for in a Customer Service Engineer:
* A master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
* Customer and market-oriented, with strong problem-solving and solution-providing skills
* Fluency in English and the local language(s)
* Strong commercial skills and knowledge of pricing
* Good knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other related tools
* Results-driven, disciplined, persistent, and self-motivated
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management
* Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* Experience working with distributors and channel partners
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
