IT Demand Manager
The IT Demand Manager plays a strategic and operational role in translating business needs into innovative and scalable IT solutions, with a primary focus on digital channels (website and mobile app), the company’s key business drivers. This position serves as a critical bridge between the IT department and other business stakeholders, ensuring that technological initiatives align with business priorities, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Management : Collaborate with top management and operational teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize IT development requests, ensuring constant alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities.
2. Planning and Coordination : Define project and technology roadmaps for major business initiatives, focusing on e-commerce and customer digital experience.
3. Operational Oversight : Monitor the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
4. Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, and external consultants to maintain effective communication and synergy among all parties involved.
5. Process Optimization : Identify areas for improvement within IT processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
6. IT Governance : Support the IT leadership in defining and implementing company policies related to system and infrastructure management.
7. Performance Monitoring : Establish and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions, with a focus on usability, performance, and customer satisfaction for digital channels.
8. Technological Innovation : Stay updated on market trends to propose new solutions that enhance user experience and maintain the company’s competitive edge.
Requirements
1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.
3. Strong expertise in IT project management, with a focus on e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and digital infrastructures.
4. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with external providers.
5. Solid knowledge of retail business processes (e.g., supply chain, omnichannel operations).
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
7. Proficiency in demand management and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
8. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
9. Strong customer-oriented mindset.
10. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
11. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
