Position: Equipment Sales Specialist
For our sales team, we are looking for an Equipment Sales Specialist, who will be responsible for selling products from the Cad Cam, Dental Units, and Radiology lines across Toscana and Emilia Romagna. The role involves promoting products to dental professionals and supporting the territory managers across all business units and channels.
Responsibilities
* Act as the point of reference for all aspects related to the Cad Cam, Dental Units, and Radiology product lines.
* Conduct product presentations and organize customer demonstrations.
* Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors within the territory.
* Provide training to dentists, dental technicians, the company’s sales force, and commercial partners.
* Monitor product orders and create reports.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in scientific subjects.
* 2–3 years of experience in structured companies promoting high-tech products. Experience in the dental sector is preferred.
* Good English knowledge.
* Proficiency in computer use and main software applications.
* Willingness to travel.
* Strong communication and active listening skills.
* Good public presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Sales aptitude, customer and results orientation.
* Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
* Planning and organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
