Job Description
The Contract Supervisor will be in charge of the contact monitoring and execution, starting from the internal kick-off meeting to delivery of the goods. His/her main responsibilities will be the monitoring of the production activities carried out at OPS site, as well as the coordination of the applicable inspection activities. The Contract Supervisor will be in charge of granting the order is executed in compliance with customer requirements and within the delivery required from customer.
Key Activities:
•Interface with internal and external suppliers and other global stakeholders
•Interface and coordination with other John Crane OPS plants
•Monitoring and coordination of Documentation Management activities in cooperation with the Document Controller
•Project monitoring activities through SAP and contact with OPS sites
•Internal and external communication management
•Customers reporting activities
•Attends internal Kick-Off Meeting after PO award
•Coordination with Sales Dept
•Managing recurrent meetings with customers
•Managing customers change requests
Key Accountabilities:
•Coordination of the contract execution for the assigned family product from kick-off meeting to goods delivery
•Ensuring targets in terms of quality, engineering and delivery of goods are met
•Monitoring documentation management throughout the execution of the project
•Collect and provide information to contribute for financial analysis and forecasting
•Record and provide information for the analysis of arrear and late delivery

Previous experience into the O&G field
