Join us and start the future YOUR ROLE Working inside the Program Management Organization of the Power Transistor Sub-Group, the candidate will coordinate global development projects in complex environments. In this scope, the candidate will ensure the achievement of project objectives (compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality) by effectively focusing the different teams on their assigned tasks. Significant Activities Define a project plan, identifying timing and dependencies between different programs. Define a project's CORE team to ensure regular review of critical topics at the appropriate frequency. Evaluate preventive measures to avoid project derailment. Establish reactive methodologies to bring projects back on track. Lead project reviews (monitor progress and milestones). Communicate project progress. Verify the conformity of project deliverables. Ensure that project documentation is available (operating procedures, procedures). Maintain the standards of program management and support the team with adequate methodologies. Track the effectiveness of projects through KPIs. Highlight constraints between the number of projects and resources, enabling the definition of business priorities. Your Skills & Experiences Master's degree in business engineering or scientific technologies. 5 to 10 years of experience as PMO. Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer. Excellent understanding of project management methods and tools (dashboards, planning, budget, etc.). Experience in management of cross-functional, multi-site, international teams. English business proficiency. Strong leadership skills. Negotiation & networking skills. Ability to consolidate information and effectively communicate to top management level. Strong attention to details and technicalities. Excellent organizational and technical abilities.
