In this role, you will…
1. Provide operational and administrative coordination for the implementation of the projects/initiatives included in the Medical Plan.
2. Manage and coordinate the approval of Scientific Materials (promotional, educational, Scientific Engagement and Market Access) through the advanced use of Content Lab.
3. Coordinate the plan for the creation and dissemination of Therapeutic Area Publications and Congress Presentations, interacting proactively with Medical Affairs colleagues and external experts.
4. Support the effective operational and administrative implementation of Independent Medical Education programmes, Third Party events and events organized by GSK within the Therapeutic Area.
5. Ensure the timely scouting/retrieval and continuous availability of the scientific documents (articles, internet bibliographic sources, slides) necessary for the activity of Scientific & Promotional Engagement of the Therapeutic Area.
6. Provide operational support to the TA Medical Lead in the activation and management of ISS studies, including the management of contractual responsibilities with the Istitute.
7. Collaborate with the TA Medical Lead and Training & Internal Engagement in the preparation and verification of medical scientific training programmes and materials on products/AT and evaluation assessments of Medica team.

2. Minimum experience in Medical Affairs (preferred)
