Position Summary
We’re looking for a Credit & Accounting Specialist in Reggio Emilia Location.
The Credit & Accounting Specialist is responsible for initiating proper action to maintain the integrity of the accounts receivable. This position is required to be a proactive thinker and demonstrate an ability to make sound, timely decisions. The Credit & Accounting Specialist will consistently work to further enhance administrative processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
1. Monitor credit and collection activities done by shared corporate accounting office
2. Interface with shared corporate accounting office
3. Negotiate complex customer situations
4. Manage credit limit supporting sales force in the request
5. Monitor credit risk
6. Interface with provider companies
7. Management of bank guarantees requested by customers
8. Cashflow Forecast active cycle management
9. Block – Unblock Orders/deliveries due to Internal policy
