Responsibilities
1. Planning, scheduling and giving maximum priority to Depot Maintenance activities.
2. Reporting Depot maintenance activities status and follow up.
3. Keeping Production teams informed about scheduled time slots.
4. Acting as an interface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams, and external company teams.
5. Supervising and coordinating maintenance activities on all trains in the workshop.
6. Maintaining an overview of crucial spare parts availability.
7. Being informed about workshop infrastructure status, especially regarding needed special tools.
8. Checking production team workload to ensure optimal saturation.
9. Managing issues with extraordinary planning meetings if required.
10. Verifying compliance with planned time slots for all ordinary maintenance train cycles.
11. Verifying compliance with scheduled departure and arrival times in Nola Depot.
12. Translating production and commercial service issues within working orders.
13. Ensuring that all updated planning information is communicated in real-time within the workshop.
14. Attending daily planning meetings (8:30 mandatory and 16:30 when required).
15. Managing the whiteboards in the workshop for scheduled maintenance slots.
16. Handling special requests from project teams and scheduling them using the SAP system.
17. Reporting all cumulated delays and analyzing root causes.
18. Interfacing with the Supply Chain team to ensure needed spare parts availability.
19. Using Indus evaluation KPI to optimize production workload.
20. Attending extraordinary planning meetings to address contingencies.
21. Reporting special activities status with figures, graphs, and Gantt charts.
22. Creating and releasing notifications and service orders related to corrective and preventive activities.
23. Updating communication equipment information necessary for the Depot.
Minimum Requirements
* Engineering degree or professional level qualifications in technical areas.
* Experience in process supervision/management.
* Work experience in a process/production environment.
* Railways and train system knowledge is preferred.
* Maintenance process knowledge is required.
* Good IT skills, especially in SAP (CS/PM modules) and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to make decisions and set priorities.
* Effective communication skills.
