We are currently seeking a Junior Trade Marketing Manager for our Milan office to assist the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in implementing trade strategies for Dompé's Primary and Specialty Care across Wholesalers, Networks, and Retailers.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in defining the Trade Plan of Clients with channel objectives, investments and execution priorities and the related Budget;
* Execute the analysis and evaluation of data relating to the market and client, in order to define the annual trade policies and the operational plan for clients (Wholesalers, Networks and Retailers);
* Drive the segmentation and targeting in terms of geography and market potential of clients in order to maximize sell-out results;
* Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in driving execution of trade plans on clients;
* Supports in planning and implementing online and offline communication initiatives and implements activities consistently with brand objectives, in line with brand guidelines defined by Marketing Managers;
* Maintain contact and cultivate strong client relationships to reinforce partnerships;
* Supports Field Force in managing relationships with Wholesalers, Networks and Retailers;
* Provides constant internal reports and proposal, actively collaborates with Marketing and Sales colleagues;
* Contribute to the allocation and tracking of trade marketing expenses, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and clients;
* Proactively interact with Drug Safety in reporting suspected adverse reactions;
* Ensures compliance with the law and regulations in compliance with the provisions of the control model pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 231/01 and the codes of conduct within its area of responsibility;
* Ensures compliance with legal obligations and procedures regarding occupational safety and hygiene as well as environmental protection within its area of responsibility.
Qualifications :
* Degree in economics or equivalent;
* Previous experience of at least 1/2 years in Marketing or Trade Marketing Department of structured companies;
* Previous experience in international contexts preferably in pharmaceuticals, life science, nutrition or cosmetics.
Required Skills:
* Excellent knowledge of English;
* Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
