About the Role The Juventus Legal Trainee will support the legal team in the daily legal operations, gaining hands-on experience in commercial and intellectual property law, with a specific focus on football-related legal matters. This internship offers an opportunity to actively contribute to legal activities, including drafting and reviewing contracts, monitoring legal regulations, and managing legal documentation.
Responsibilities Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts (sponsorships, TV rights, licensing, marketing, events, advertising, etc.). Support the organization and management of legal documentation related to ongoing contracts, ensuring accurate filing and accessibility. Prepare legal notices and official correspondence. Conduct legal research on commercial and intellectual property law, as well as relevant international and local regulations. Track contractual deadlines and ensure compliance with legal obligations. Monitor trademark registrations and assist with opposition processes. Assist in legal matters related to image rights, sponsorships, and other commercial agreements.
Qualifications Law Degree (or equivalent).
Technical Skills Proficient in key software tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.). Strong command of both written and spoken Italian and English. Soft Skills High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Proactive, with a strong willingness to learn. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
