Job Description
Role Requirements
You'll develop and execute marketing strategies, create compelling content (digital & print), manage events, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Key responsibilities include:
* Strategy & Implementation: develop and manage annual marketing plan.
* Brand Building: strengthen Doka's brand in the market, working closely with HR on employer branding.
* Content Creation: produce engaging content for various channels (website, social, PR).
* Digital Management: oversee website, social media and online content.
* Event Coordination: plan and execute industry trade shows and customer events.
* Performance Analysis: track and optimize campaign effectiveness (GA, Adwords).
* Sales Support: develop sales collaterals.
* Budget Management: control and manage the marketing budget.
Qualifications
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
* Minimum five years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B markets
* Marketing or related degree preferred with knowledge of key marketing operations required
* Market knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous
* Strong strategic and commercial awareness beneficial, commercially minded
* Strong verbal, written and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
* High level of motivation and good team working skills
* Experience working with in-house or external agencies, publications, designers, printers and photographers
* Good level of IT literacy including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
* Understanding of marketing software such as Adobe design packages, google analytics and email software beneficial
