Are you ready to add your unique flavor to our journey? Job Description We are looking for a Bakery Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team, based in Parma. Job Purpose The successful candidate will manage two Brands in the Bakery Category. He/she will manage the Brand strategic positioning, innovation roadmap and marketing local communication. Be in charge of defining the local marketing plans while monitoring product performance and market trends, and working effectively cross-functions towards common goals. Key Accountabilities Define the proposal and guarantee the implementation of marketing plans for the assigned brands, with the aim to achieve the turnover and profitability targets, brands’ positioning, promotional policy direction, advertising programs and new product launch plans. Constantly monitor the initiatives’ performance measuring KPIs vs targets and providing constant feedback. Constantly monitor the market and provide insights and knowledge of market trends, by gathering data, acquiring research, keeping in constant contact with sales structures and through an analysis of brand awareness and customer needs/reactions. Contribute to the definition and development of brand strategy, communication ideas/formats and communication ecosystems, in line with central CoE best practices, design and deploy the brand equity for the assigned brands. Develop and evolve the visual Identity of the brands assigned and its deployment in all the product ranges and touch points. Ensure the realization of adv programs and promotional campaigns by taking care of the end-to-end process, from brief to final copy approval, coordinating communication, media, and brand activation agencies. Manage the innovation plan and lead the innovation process for the assigned brands through the identification of consumer gaps and the generation of relevant and sustainable innovative ideas. Contribute to the category innovation projects, from feasibility and capability analysis through to industrialization and launch on the market. Ensure the plans’ implementation for new product launches, in co-operation with RD&Q, Operations and Trade Marketing; coordinate post-launch analyses with the purpose of identifying critical elements and success factors. Support in managing and follow up on marketing expenses. Interact with key stakeholders, inside and outside the organization (such as advertising agencies, media groups, public relations agencies and other influencers), pursue common goals and collaborate by trusting as “One team”. Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in Consumer Marketing and/or Trade Marketing. Strong analytical skills: gather, analyse and turn data into insights and actions. Project management skills, “can do” attitude and strive for excellence. Great storytelling and communication skills. Creativity / out of the box thinking and strong problem-solving attitude.
