About the role:
As a PUDO Acquisition Project Specialist & CRM Data Analyst you will optimize our network of pickup and delivery points. Your responsibilities are multifaceted and focused on PUDO (Pick Up and Drop Off points) network process acquisition and maintenance.
Here's an overview of the primary activities:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement detailed plans to optimize the performance of the existing network and identify new expansion opportunities
Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the network, identifying bottlenecks and proposing corrective actions
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the efficiency of daily operations
Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data related to network performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
Develop custom dashboards and reports to monitor network performance and support decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's CRM system, focused on interactions with logistics partners and suppliers.
Configure and customize the CRM to ensure the collection and analysis of data relevant to network management.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility within the CRM. Provide training and support to users on the CRM system.
Special Projects:
Support the implementation of new projects related to network innovation, such as the introduction of new technologies or integration with new systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher
English:
Speaking and Writing (Level B2)
At least 1 year of experience in similar roles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong results orientation
Proactivity and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Experience with CRM systems and databases
