Job Summary Job purpose: Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers; Planning, executing and monitoring to enhance brand footprint on social media; Promoting products and services through digital channels mix; Coordinating with other departments to support the tasks. Responsibilities Reporting: Digital activities reports as assigned. Digital MKT: Main duties. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with end-users. Plan, execute & monitor the ongoing company & brand presence on social media (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Zalo, EDM, LinkedIn, etc.); Be solid experience in advertisement tools on social platforms. Manage, measure & improve company website; Be able to create strategy and drive execution for SEO/SEM activity (how to select the keyword list, how to acquire and maintain top ranking for BS at hot keywords, improve UX/UI). Coordinate with partners to plan, execute and monitor Google My Business platform. Acquire insight in digital marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date. Be creative and able for content direction & development for digital platforms. Coordinate with other stakeholders to collect and generate content. Measure & improve digital marketing performance using a variety of Web analytics tools. Collaborate and manage agencies to deploy digital activities and improve user experience. Others Competitors update & analysis. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors. Handle paperwork & internal process related to tasks. Monitoring: Monitor & analyze digital activities & reports. Monitor allocated budget. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned: Support for internal and external activities. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields. Experience: 3 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing; Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, Google My Business, and social media; Familiarity with UI/UX design principles; Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics; Relevant working experience in communications for B2B2C and preferable with working at agencies before; Good understanding of multi-channel communication; Work experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English. Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Good at English (reading & writing). Creative but detail-oriented. Teamwork skills. Good sense of art and content production. Being capable of using photo editing, video editing software is a plus. Be familiar with AEM Content Management System (Website). Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Good time-management skills. Data-driven skills. Sales-driven mindset.
