Within the Group Chief Operating Officer function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Performing digital maturity regular assessment (business and IT) and analysis with the Generali BUs Supporting the Business Units to deliver locally the digital strategy and transformation roadmap to achieve operational excellence Ensuring local digital capabilities are developed and/or adopted accordingly to the Group IT & Ops Strategy Supporting the OpEx initiatives, with a particular focus on steering and monitoring the Digital OpEx KPIs Preparing and delivering project management documents and presentations Collecting and distributing the best digital practices within the Group as support to efficiently deliver the above responsibilities Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Excellent educational background, preferably in STEM At least 7 years’ experience working in strategic or IT consultancy with a strong focus on insurance (knowledge of the core processes is required) Significative experience acquired in international environment Excellent skills and proficiency in managerial reporting Proficiency on digital technologies and trends Interest and passion for innovation and disruptive technologies A good understanding of database fundamentals, Agile methodologies, Software and web development methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Project management skills, including the ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously Soft skills: Strong leadership and teamwork skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking Capacity to influence stakeholders using business acumen Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills J-18808-Ljbffr
