Position – Role required GMM, General Medical Merate, in the perspective of an evolution that it is undertaking, is looking for an employee for Production Quality Control Officer. Job Description As part of the continuous improvement of process and product quality, we are looking for a Production Quality Control Officer who, under the supervision of the Plant Quality Manager, will be responsible for: Performing quality control during all stages of production, ensuring compliance with procedures, work instructions and regulations; Identifying and reporting any anomalies during the production phase; Recording the results of quality checks and reporting any internal/non-conformity issues with suppliers; Preparing quality control reports and recording data in company systems; Proposing corrective actions to improve production standards and the final product; Monitoring non-conformance management, verifying the implementation and maintenance of corrective actions; Supervising incoming inspections and reporting anomalies attributable to suppliers for subsequent issuance of NC (Non-Conformity) and/or different handling with the supplier; Performing document analysis and reporting errors or incomplete documents available to the production team; Proposing document changes to optimize processes/products; Collaborating in the maintenance of updated non-conformity registers and analyzing data to prevent recurring problems; Participating in internal and external quality audits; Working with the engineering and R&D teams. Experience And Skills Technical degree (mechanical, industrial, mechatronics) or equivalent experience; Experience in quality control in a mechanical or similar field; Knowledge of measuring techniques and quality control tools; Good ability to read mechanical drawings and knowledge of mechanical components; Knowledge of and ability to read wiring diagrams and basic knowledge of electronics; Knowledge of quality processes (internal/supplier NC generation, control checklist development, understanding of work instructions); Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (ISO 13485 is an advantage); Good understanding of English.
