Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony. Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products. Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business. Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies. Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication. Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines. Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise. Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies. Key Requirements: Deep passion for fashion and luxury. Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies. Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude. Ability to adapt to different customers. Team-playing attitude.
