Atlas Copco BLM is looking for a high potential engineer with a can-do attitude, pro-active mindset, and plenty of initiative, to be part of the Industrialization team. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will design, maintain and optimize production processes in order to meet Company manufacturing targets. Main duties: Identify and support process improvement. Co-operate with R&D and procurement department in product development, ensuring that processes are sustainable in terms of quality, costs and capacity. Research, evaluate and implement current and new technologies in order to improve process quality, costs, capacity and capability. Work closely with Production, R&D and Quality departments to improve manufacturing efficiency and costs. Define and design mechanical/electromechanical solutions to achieve production goals. Assure product and process quality by defining and designing testing methods. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Prepare and update operating instructions, process flow charts, routings, process parameters and KPIs. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. Evaluate and implement solutions for digital transformation. Experience requirements: - 2-3 years working in Industrialization or R&D in electromechanical manufacturing companies. Skills requirements: Mechanical design CAD 3D (Creo is a plus). Good knowledge of Lean principles and assembly processes in the electromechanical sector. Fluent in English both written and spoken. Good knowledge of materials and materials deformation technology. Good knowledge of Arduino-based systems. Basic knowledge of SW programming language. Analysis and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Excel and Office package. Experience in project management is a plus. Educational requirements: - Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation engineering. Personality requirements: Self-motivated, pro-active, and a team player. Good communication skills. Flexibility and strong commitment are essential.
