Job Responsibilities
* Sales & Engineering Work: We expect you to excel in selling our IVD products in your assigned region, mastering medical instrument installation, daily operation, and maintenance, as well as providing training for distributors and end-users.
* Market Development: Develop market insights and collect data to meet sales targets.
* Customer Visit: Regularly visit customers to collect feedback and ensure long-term business stability by meeting their needs.
* Problem Solving: Respond promptly to customer issues, coordinate internal and external resources, and provide continuous follow-up and solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in Biological Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in both local language and English is essential.
* A minimum of one year of sales engineering experience or medical device sales experience is required. Exceptional fresh graduates with sales internship experience may also be considered.
* We seek individuals with professional ethics and adaptability to new challenges in a collaborative environment.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and market analysis skills are essential.
* You should be willing to travel frequently for business purposes.
