Role Summary
Job Description
The position will help manage our online communication with clients and prospects, and increase brand awareness. Duties include leading the development and implementation of our company’s digital, social media, email marketing, and external communication activities.
Depending on proximity to the production locations of the different product lines, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible globally for supporting one or more product families.
Main Tasks
1. Collaborate with marketing manager, sales managers, and product management to fully understand product and communication needs.
2. Based on assessment, create and rollout demand generation campaigns, which may include social and online media, direct email, and other multimedia.
3. Evaluate the success of campaigns when completed.
4. Support the organization, promotion, and roll-out of online Webinars and Seminars.
5. Ensure brand integrity, and apply effective marketing techniques and company brand standards in campaigns.
6. Support market analysis and research on competition.
7. Manage and update the digital asset management system.
8. Manage and update the divisional website using a content management system.
9. Management and improvement of website SEO.
10. Write copy and oversee graphics creation for social media posts, promotional emails, and other digital marketing collateral.
11. Coordinate the creation of written, video, and image content for online marketing channels.
12. Prepare digital presentations.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
2. Demonstrate excellent computer, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Skills:
1. Fluent in English; knowledge of German, Italian, and/or Spanish would be an advantage.
2. Knowledge of CMS and DAM systems (Adobe Experience Manager in particular).
3. Knowledge of CRM systems (SFDC in particular).
4. Adobe Creative Suite skills a bonus.
Competences:
1. Demonstrate excellent computer, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Experiences:
2-3 years experience in a marketing or communications role in a B2B company.
