In order to boost our innovation activities, we are looking for a technical project manager to drive our technology and product development projects to success. Responsibilities / Tasks Be responsible for formulating goals, objectives, exclusions, time plan & budget for the projects together with all relevant departments in line with our strategic growth areas. Take technical lead and manage the cross-functional project team through the innovation process from front end to go-to-market activities. Coordinate activities with internal and external resources and regularly update the main stakeholders on project progress. Ensure that the projects adhere to the development process such that deliverables and milestones are met. Contribute to idea generation initiatives as well as to technical and commercial analyses of new R&D project proposals. Your Profile / Qualifications University degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/mechatronic/automation). Relevant industry experience (more than 5 years) working in a matrix organization ideally leading technology/product development. Working knowledge of 3D CAD and PDM (Inventor and Vault) and main project management tool. Previous experience within food processing is an advantage.
