**Job Title:** Level 2 Desktop Support Technician
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to provide technical support to our clients at their location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support onsite to clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.
* Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
* Participate in project rollouts and deployments.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
Requirements:
* Former professional experience as an L2 support engineer within large corporations.
* Good English language skills and fluent Italian.
* Experience in OS, Apps, and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.
* Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
* Familiar with ticketing system.
