The opportunity: The IT professional will be responsible for the support and maintenance of Teva global serialization systems (SAP ATTP & Tracelink). In this role, the individual will support global business processes applicable to both internal sites and business functions and external secondary packaging CMOs & 3PLs.
How you’ll spend your day:
* Provide global application support in accordance with ITSM standards, processes and tools, handling complex issues and requests.
* Constant development of competencies and knowledge of global strategic platforms and other applications according to needs and requirements.
* Cooperate with other team members and teams in Teva to provide better support to the end user.
* Monitor user needs and propose improvements in work to ensure optimal support.
* Participate in the creation of procedures, instructions and presentations related to the support of global applications, as needed and agreed.
* Monitor KPIs at the level of a given group of applications and actively participate in improvement.
* Participate in the organization of knowledge transfer and training.
* Use and adapt tools such as IDM, SNOW, monitoring, knowledge base, and internal auxiliary applications for teamwork.
* Participate in expanding the scope of support and in more complex activities.
* Support project activities according to the needs and requirements of the project team.
* Promote organizational values and culture through own behavior and encourage desired types of behavior in others.
Your experience and qualifications:
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
* English - Proficient level.
* Experience working with change controls and GxP validation protocols - advantage.
* In-depth understanding and application of relevant principles, concepts, practices, and standards, along with an in-depth knowledge of industry practices and regulations - advantage.
