Great people make Schneider Electric a great company Mission The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the hierarchical management of teams of operators and department heads for part of a production plant. What will you do? Lead and manage Manufacturing Team Leaders and operators. Ensure that the Department Heads, in collaboration with other corporate bodies, properly train new employees, verify the constant and correct use of PPE where required, and ensure job suitability. Guarantee compliance with contractual rules, company policy, the 5S, the SPS, and the Quality and Environmental Management System throughout the sector. Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager to balance workload/resources, ensuring the Service Quality Level required by internal and external customers and achieving sector and company objectives. Organize training sessions for personnel to promote their technical-productive skills, versatility, and interchangeability. Modify production programs to manage changes in delivery priorities, shortages of materials, or plant shutdowns, promptly taking measures to contain negative effects on Service Level and productivity. Ensure full execution of production plans in line with cost, quality, and delivery date targets. Pilot support functions on priority actions, assigning them the resolution of encountered problems. What qualifications will make you successful? Experience in Product Management, technical support, and/or training in the security sector, preferably gained in multinational companies or modernly organized realities.
