Job Title: IT Technician I - TechZone
Provide first-level help desk support to maintain all UNIT-supported systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding technology and system issues.
* Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.
* Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system.
Requirements:
* Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A current driver's license to obtain golf cart certification.
Physical Demands:
* Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.
Working Conditions:
* 20 hours per week.
* Summer, Fall, and Spring position.
Training and Support:
* UNIT will provide ALL training.
Compensation:
* $11.25 per hour.
