The position is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including:defining the product roadmap by researching and analysing markets conditions, identifying key competitors and trendsgathering and prioritizing product and customer requirementsarticulating key market requirements, identifying opportunities for product innovation and product enhancementsworking closely with engineering, sales, marketing to ensure development targets and customer satisfaction goals are metplanning and executing key strategic initiatives to consolidate/develop business exploiting opportunities given by the company current/future technologies, ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goalsKey accountabilities: Define the product strategy and roadmapDeliver Market and Products requirementsDevelop and win significant new initiatives impacting the revenues of the business categoryWork with customer/partners/external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunitiesAct as program/project manager to plan and execute beta and discovery programs with early-stage products and samples, overseeing the new product development activitiesAct as an expert with respect to the application field and competition, supporting sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertiseEnhance cross-functional collaboration and promote trust among functionsLiaise with advertising and public relations to promote productPosition Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering - MBA will be a plusSolid experience in positions as Product Manager/Business development in food & beverage (both customer or supplier sides)Demonstrated success in defining and launching components/devices on the marketKnowledge of food & beverage industry standardsProven project management skills – PMP certification will be a plusEffective communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholdersNegotiating skillsExcellent teamwork skills, with the proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityProblem analysis and solving and strategic thinking, with a proven ability to manage and analyse data to derive meaningful insights and quickly diagnose and correct any problems,Outstanding planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands and rapid changeAttention to detailsAvailability to travel at least 50% of the time
