Kering Group Operations is the Kering Group division that provides the smartest solutions for our cross-brands services. In particular, the Group Supply Chain and Logistics Business Unit services lie at the heart of our customers’ satisfaction, providing worldwide coordination of our products’ distribution, logistic and distribution, versus both retailers and wholesalers.
As manager of the Kering Invoicing Department within Logistics Business Unit, you will organize the team and optimize the accounting flows across the different Kering Brand, with a strong focus on the stabilization and standardization all the SAP solutions valid from release of the Orders to the invoicing accounting postings.
The integration also with the Warehouse operations and the Trade and Customs Compliance department is essential to secure the business and product shipments.
How you will contribute
1. Manage the entire active billing process for both retail and wholesale channels
2. Supervise and coordinate the team responsible for invoicing operations
3. Manage the billing documents with advance and letter of credit payment methods
4. Ensure the accuracy of the XML files for electronic invoicing and verify data integrity across different tools
5. Assist the Brand team in bookkeeping and secure all the account receivable activities, particularly at monthly-end
6. Handle potential customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure Brand satisfaction
7. Elaborate all the relevant performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Who you are
8. Graduate in Business, Finance or equivalent
9. Proven experience in the role or similar
10. Deep understanding of invoicing processes and related best practices
11. Knowledge the most relevant tax/Vat procedures and custom compliance flows
12. Effective and positive team leader with excellent communication skills and agile, collaborative and inclusive approach
13. Proactive and capable of working under pressure, prioritizing multiple inputs from stakeholders, with high level of energy
14. You are a customer-oriented professional focused on customer satisfaction
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel especially; working knowledge of both FI & SD SAP modules is a must
16. You are fluent both in English and Italian
