We are searching for a Global Marketing Director to join our company. The resource will have the following responsibilities:
·Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
·Brand Management:
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and product life cycle management.
·Campaign Development:
Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional media, and events. Define clear KPIs and monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
·Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation. Lead brand marketing manager team as well as marketing shared services
·Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources. Measure ROI on marketing activities and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
·Partnership Development:
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets. Explore sponsorship and collaboration opportunities that enhance brand visibility.
·Consumer Insights:
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
