We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to join our team and take a leadership role in driving the implementation of new features and customizations for AiDEA implementation project, our groundbreaking product based on Microsoft Power Platform. As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in guiding the technical direction of the implementation projects and ensuring its successful delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the architecture of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to meet the unique needs of our clients
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional implementation team, including developers, data engineers, and consultants.
* Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers and clients to gather and refine requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives
* Oversee the customization and configuration of AiDEA using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions
* Define and implement integration strategies for AiDEA, connecting it with various data sources, third-party applications, and services
* Establish best practices for testing, quality assurance, and performance optimization to ensure the reliability and efficiency of solutions
* Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices
* Engage with clients to present technical solutions, address questions and concerns, and build strong working relationships
* Keep abreast of the latest developments in Power Platform technologies and advise on innovative solutions to enhance AiDEA
QUALIFICATIONS & TECH SKILLS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform
* Extensive expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform connectors, flows, and custom connectors
* Experience in customizing and configuring Powe Platform solutions, Dynamics 365 CE, or other Microsoft 365 services is a plus
* Proven experience in ETL integration / Data Migration / Data Management solutions inside Power Platform of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
* Proficiency in designing and implementing Power Platform solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Strong knowledge of DevOps processes and Tools
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
* Proficiency in English is required
