Jefferson Wells is seeking a Finance Manager to join a leading multinational group in the services sector. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires relocation after the initial few weeks spent at the Milan headquarters. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with the corporate finance team in Milan (ITA) and the General Manager (KSA). Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency. Activities: Responsible for managing the Accounting Department staff and activities ensuring that all routines and reporting procedures are completed accurately and on a timely basis. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and quality of work. Monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to support business strategy. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning to ensure liquidity and financial stability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Over 7 years in the same role, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Fluent in Italian and English, with exceptional writing skills in both languages. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
